I'd been using this company for many many years and had cashed out a couple of times. But for some reason they went down hill quick.

I had to make them give me credit for surveys I'd done. Then came the cash out. I didn't expect it to be a problem as there never was one before. But I waited and I waited for a year or more.

The only reply I'd ever gotte from them was to say that they couldn't payment until their advertiser and such paid them. I'd filed a complaint with the BBB and of course they probably laughed as they ignored it. But folks the best way to get someone is hit them where it really hurts... THE POCKET.

At that time they had a listing of advertisers and shopping site which they'd pay you to click on and shop through. So I wrote them early one morning and I let them know I was going to systematically go down the list of all the stores and advertisers on their site and let them know that they were claiming they couldn't pay me because claimed they were dead beating them. I went down the list one by one sending the same email to each store/company and I cc a copy of each email to RewardPort.com. Well, guess what happened.

In less than an hour my money had been paid to my paypal account. And I got an email with an apology with some lie about how busy their support department had been... or something to that effect. Anyhow, this is what I suggest you people do, if they still have stores and advertisers on their sites.

Also take a some more surveys if the don't... make note of the survey companies as you take the surveys... then go down the list contacting each company and cc each email to them. This way they will know you mean business and they'll more than likely pay up.

Good luck to you all.

I got my money and never looked back. It's really sad that people think it's okay to scam and cheat people while making money off their efforts.

I have contacted them at least 10 times and each email says that they have to check my account.this has been going on since before they closed. i had 28.00 in my account and I still have not received my money. this is not fair especially to all of the consumers who did their part in the surveys.

TARGET GIFT CARD

I redeemed my points, to receive a gift card from Target; I would check the status of it, and it would "still pending"; then about a week later it was redeemed, I never did receive my gift card. I sent several emails to them asking about it, I never did get a response. I was upset, so I deleted my account I have thought about coming back, but have some reservations about doing so. I want to know how can they get away with something like this? I enjoyed the recipes that were on there, even I had tried a few. I would really like to know why they can do this to people? I want answers.

Unfortunately, the listed address and disconnected phone number on this site isn't going to get you very far. If you have not received your gift cards, you can contact Reward Port's owners or attorney directly at the above information. Good luck!

9 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO REDEEMED REWARD

I have been a member of Rewards Port surveys for some time now. Back in January of this year I requested a $25 WalMart gift card for which I was redeeming the required points. I have written to Rewards Port at least a dozen or more times. (copies of most of these e-mails are available upon request) My account still shows this redemption as pending. My last several attempts to contact the company have been completely ignored. I strongly believe that 8 months is an unreasonable amount of time for this transaction. I cannot find a phone number ,but the physical address for this company is as follows: Rewardport, INC, 1949, Route 70 E., Suite 7, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. The customer service web address is: support@***.com. Repeated e-mails to this address from me have gone unanswered since about the first six or so. I would really like to have what I have earned Vicki Boyd 26044 Kings Rd. Bonita Springs, FL 34135 239-992-**** nnyLyspyG@***.com

I'd written them a few times and got no reply. So I gave them fair warning last night of my intentions.

This morning I started sending the following letter to each of the companies who advertise through them making sure to cc ea mailing to them as well :

To whom it may concern,

This letter is to inform you of the unethical actions of a company which you are affiliated with by use of their advertising services, RewardPort.com. The purpose of this company is to connect consumers like myself with companies such as yours to buy goods, and services. In return for using their website to visit and make purchases from you.. it's advertisers, users build points which are redeemable for cash out towards various gift cards or services once the points have reached a certain amount.

Myself and many other users of Rewardport.com have been waiting almost a year for them to honor the rewards we have redeemed. Many of us have attempted to write and or call them, however they remain unreachable. Reward port does not reply to emails sent or answer phone calls. Having no other recourse, we've filed complaints with the BBB, to which on the only accession they were reachable for my case, they replied that it is the fault of advertisers such as yourself for not paying them, thus this is the reason for them not paying it's users. After this, futher attempts by the BBB to contact Rewardport.com were ignored.

It is painfully obvious that Rewardport.com is being paid by companies such as yourself and are pocketing the money instead of fulfilling their obligation and promise to fund the cash out requests of it's users while trying to shift the blame to you. This not only affects how users and consumers view them, but also presents companies such as yourself who advertise through them in a negative way.

In closing I thank you for allowing me to bring this issue to your attention and trust that you will take the steps necessary to confer with Rewardport.com on it's gross negligence in the representation of your company.

Sincerely,

xxxxx

Boy didn't I get quick results!!!!. I sent the first email at 11:46 am. At 11:49 am I got an email from them saying how sorry they were it's taken so long, that they were understaffed, and blahhh... blahhh blahhh..my redemption was on the way. At 11:55 am, my gift card was in my inbox. You have to hit them where it hurts people, in the pocket. I suggest that you guys all do the same. In fact, I ask you please to do this because a company like this deserves to be called out on their actions and the advertisers who use them deserve to know what type of company they are doing business w/ and what that company is saying about them. As well as what that company is doing to their customers.

I just checked my inbox and have responses from some of the companies I have mailed. One thanked me for bringing the situation to their attention and told me that they have contacted Rewardport.com to inform them they will no longer be doing business w/ them.

I did the same with just one advertiser. Sent them an email and a week later received my reward.

I started emailing there advertisers and rewardport at the same time about not doing business with them, as they were scamming their customers and their advertisers. The next day July 11, 2013 I got an email from rewardport saying my $25 Walmart Card will be in the mail tomorrow.

I received it yesterday 7/15/13 after nine months. I am the second person I know who did this and got their reward within days.

You need to email their advertiser and incluce RewardPort in on them and keep the heat on. They will have to go out of business or pay you your reward.

Thank you. I will try this

I ordered a $25 Target gift card on Jan. 1, 2013.

It has been over 5 months and I still have not received my reward. I emailed Reward Port Customer Service four or five times. They did not respond.

Reward Port is shady and greedy.

If you are willing to take surveys and click on paid emails for absolutely nothing, then the company would fall in love with you.
